ERICA DEUTSCH represents unions and trust funds. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Deutsch was an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Audrey B. Collins in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She has extensive experience with representation elections, unfair labor practice proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, Section 10(j) proceedings, and arbitrations.
Ms. Deutsch’s litigation practice focuses on ERISA matters. She also counsels trust funds on ERISA and HIPAA compliance, as well as various other compliance and trust interpretation matters.
She is a member of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. Ms. Deutsch has also served as a law student outreach coordinator for the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, and teaches Labor Law at Loyola Law School as an Adjunct Professor.
Ms. Deutsch is fluent in Spanish and a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, published by the American Bar Association. |
